What is a chemical treatment test patch?
A test patch involves applying a suitable chemical treatment to a small area of your soffits or fascias to demonstrate how the surface responds. It gives you an opportunity to assess the result before deciding whether to consider a full clean.
What types of staining can the treatment help with?
Depending on the surface and the type of staining, a suitable treatment may help improve the appearance of certain marks, algae and green staining. Results vary, and not every stain can necessarily be removed.
Am I required to book a full clean afterwards?
Absolutely not. There is no obligation to book any additional cleaning or other service. You can review the test patch result and decide whether you want to proceed.
What happens if I don't have a discount code?
The standard price is £25. Contact our team to enquire about booking a test patch without an influencer discount code.

How much does it cost to get all the soffits
and fascias done?
Every property is different, so the cost will depend on the size of your home and the work required. Simply fill out our enquiry form, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a personalised, no-obligation quote.
Will the test patch show me exactly what a full
clean will look like?
The test patch provides an indication of how the treated area responds. However, results can vary across different parts of your property, depending on the surface condition and the type and extent of staining. It cannot guarantee the final result of a full clean.
Does the test patch include a full soffits and
fascias clean?
No. The test patch is a separate, limited treatment designed to demonstrate how a suitable chemical treatment performs on a small area. A full clean is a separate service.
Can a chemical treatment remove black mould
and green algae?
A suitable chemical treatment helps improve the appearance of green algae, black marks and other organic staining on soffits and fascias. However, results depend on the surface material, its condition and the type and extent of the staining. Some marks or long-term discolouration may remain even after treatment that's why we do the test patch to show you the results that can be achieved.
